As you know we do not charge postage to any address within the UK and this has been our policy ever since we started looking after our bears and sending them to good homes.

We are also pleased to offer competitive posting arrangements for parcels sent outside the UK to the worldwide community.

Our overseas postage rates are based on the weight of the parcel being sent & for ease of reference the table below indicates the charges that we shall make:

IF YOU ARE ORDERING FROM OUTSIDE THE EUROPEAN COMMUNITY AND SO LONG AS WE SEND THE PARCEL TO AN ADDRESS THAT IS OUTSIDE THE EUROPEAN COMMUNITY THEN THE PRICE OF THE BEARS WILL BE LOWER AS WE ARE ABLE TO DEDUCT THE VAT (UK SALES TAX) AT SOURCE.

The overseas postage rates that we charge are as follows:

For parcels sent outside the UK that are heavier than 2kg, for parcels that are required more urgently than the usual Airmail timescales and for large parcels where the dimensions are greater than the usual accepted* then we shall need to charge for postage on a bespoke basis and we shall advise you of the actual postage costs in advance of sending the parcel to you in this instance.

* Length, width and depth combined must not be greater than - 900mm
The greatest single dimension must not exceed - 600mm

Postage is added after any VAT deduction has been applied to the transaction

Countries within "Europe" for the purposes of the postage rates shown in the table above are as follows:

Hungary (EU), Iceland, Irish Republic (EU), Italy (EU), Kazakhstan, Kosovo, Kyrgyzstan,
Latvia (EU), Liechtenstein, Lithuania (EU), Luxembourg (EU), Macedonia, Madeira (EU),
Malta (EU), Moldova, Monaco (EU), Montenegro, Netherlands (EU), Norway, Poland (EU),
Portugal (EU), Romania (EU), Russia, San Marino, Serbia, Slovakia (EU) Slovenia (EU),
Spain (EU), Sweden (EU), Switzerland, Tajikistan, Turkey, Turkmenistan, Ukraine, Uzbekistan,
Vatican City State

All other non UK countries that are not shown in the list above are regarded as "Worldwide" for the purposes of the postage rates shown in the table above.

The currency shown above and throughout this website is Pounds Sterling otherwise known as Great British Pounds (GBP).

When payment is made by card the conversion from GBP to your currency will be at the rate in effect on the date that the payment is processed by your Bank.

Your order may also be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied once the package reaches your country. As the "importer", any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you & you also have a responsibility to retain the accompanying paperwork for a certain period. We would recommend that you contact your local customs office for further guidance.

Customs forms for international packages will list the value of the contents of your order by product type. Customs authorities require us to state the value of items on the outside of packages. Also, please be aware that international deliveries may be subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities.
