Folk-art style painting comes to life on the bears in the Boyds Jim Shore Collection.  Rooty has that "well-loved" look inspired by Jim''s boyhood teddy bear ... including button-fastened joints and stuffing that's a little bit settled.  Jim's traditional folk art designs have been incorporated into Rooty's tummy, paws and ears ... right down to the richly coloured Rooster on his paw pad.  With a combination of randomly placed patterns, carefully placed scenes and vibrant details, Rooty is a one-of-a-kind teddy.
