Originally designed in 1928, Petsy was very different from his predecessors, both visually and in technical design. He had large ears and a pointed muzzle and large light-blue eyes which can be moved to create his own expression.

This bear is jointed, surface washable, hand stuffed with wood shavings, has glass eyes and a growler.
